Classes and Groups
We offer two options besides private 1-1 trainings: Classes or Groups
Groups: these groups/teams are very limited, we keep them to 3-6 clients at a time. This allows for more of a 1-1 feeling in a group setting.
Classes: This is a great budget friendly option. They tend to be a larger crowd, but we keep it fun and if you are new to training, we will definitely spend more time with you to make sure you are preforming movements correctly.

6:00am: Monday through Thursday
Conjugate Training
> Strength Class
5:00am: Tuesday through Friday
6:00am: Monday through Thursday
8:00am: Tuesday and Thursday

> Small Group: limited to 6/class
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri at 3:00pm
