Classes and Groups

We offer two options besides private 1-1 trainings: Classes or Groups

Groups: these groups/teams are very limited.  This allows for more of a 1-1 feeling in a group setting.  

 

Classes: This is a great budget friendly option. They tend to be a larger crowd, but we keep it fun and if you are new to training, we will definitely spend more time with you to make sure you are preforming movements correctly. 

Semi-Private Personal Training

> Strength Class

5:00am: Monday through Friday
6:00am: Monday through Friday

> Strength Class

8:00am: Thursday

Teen Functional Strength Team
> Small Group: limited to 6/class

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri at 3:00pm

Tues and Thurs at 6:30pm
